One of our highest priorities are the health and safety of our staff, supporters and the clients we serve. To that end, we would like to inform you of our increased efforts in response to COVID-19.
Many may be concerned about the emergency phones we provide to our Agency and Law enforcement partners. Regardless of COVID-19, our standard policy is to sanitize each device and accompanying accessories just before shipping. However, with the concerns over the virus we are increasing our efforts to sanitize each device thoroughly.
Listed below are some additional precautionary steps we have implemented:
Increased cleaning and sanitization efforts in our public areas like the front lobby counters and door handles
Increased cleaning and sanitization efforts in our personal areas like desks and break tables
Reinforcing healthy habits for our staff
Limiting business-related staff air travel
Monitoring local circumstances and providing guidance to our staff
